ALUNA Ben Thanh Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ALUNA Ben Thanh Hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel staff's warm welcome with greetings and a smile. The breakfast was superb, especially the fried spring-roll. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They were prompt in addressing any questions or concerns and always did so with a smile. Kudos to Front office Supervisor, YUAN, who assisted me by calling grab service from hotel to international Airport and assisted with my luggages when the grab car arrived. In conclusion, my stay at ALUNA Ben Thanh Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking for HALAL breakfast accommodations, HALAL Restaurants nearby and not to mentioned its surrounded with cheap and affordable good quality apparel, bags, tudung(scarf for muslimah) and a dedicated staff committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The place is near to Ben Tahn market....alot of halal eatery around. Very convenient. The hotel is ok...the breakfast is halal. They do hv certs expired in 2024.

Strategic location. Easy for muslim acess halal restaurant.

Definitely value for money. The service - the room was made up daily, toiletries replenished, towels changed. The halal breakfast was indeed a bonus and of course, the location. Just a few walks away from Ben Thanh market, easy access to public transport, to all historical spots!

The property was cleaned, the toilet was cleaned. The room for 4pax is big. The hotel has the facilities to wrap your bag, which I like it very much. The staff was friendly especially, LILY. She helped me in booking the grab. She can communicate in English as well, which is quite rare in Vietnam.
